#1ORCL — Oracle reports after today's bell with a $638B backlog on the line

Oracle delivers fiscal Q1 2027 results after the close, and it's the single biggest read on the AI trade this week. Shares are up roughly 14.4% month-to-date and traded near $161.75 in the premarket; options are pricing an implied move around 11.5%, or roughly $170 to $186 on a strong print. Analysts are looking for cloud revenue growth in the 58% to 65% range, with the debate centered on whether that $638 billion RPO converts to revenue without wrecking free cash flow — Oracle burned $23.7 billion in FCF in fiscal 2026 and guides to about $70 billion of capex this year.

#2META — Meta surges 6.55% on Muse AI agent launch

Meta Platforms closed Wednesday at $653.69, up 6.55%, on volume 98% above average after rolling out Muse, its consumer AI agent that shops, books travel, and manages calendars. Morgan Stanley framed it as Meta's first credible claim on the emerging agent market and flagged early usage running well ahead of projections, though analysts cautioned it's early and Meta's high-profile launches have disappointed before. It's the clearest attempt yet to justify $130 to $145 billion of 2026 AI capex with something other than better ad targeting.

#3QCOM/AMZN — Qualcomm pops 9.5% on multi-generation AWS AI chip pact

Qualcomm and Amazon announced a multi-generational deal for custom AI inference silicon and 1.6T optical networking across AWS data centers, sending QCOM up about 9.5% — its biggest single-day gain in months — and back into positive territory for the year. Qualcomm issued Amazon warrants for up to 25 million shares, expiring in 2036 and vesting against as much as $60 billion of data center product purchases over ten years. The equity-for-volume structure is becoming the template for AI infrastructure deals.

#4AAPL — Apple unveils $1,999 foldable iPhone Duo, market shrugs

Apple introduced the iPhone Duo, its first foldable, at $1,999 with a 7.6-inch display and the new A20 Pro chip, alongside iPhone 18 Pro models carrying a $100 price hike. Shares finished up less than 1% — investors are focused on gross margin pressure, not the hardware. Morgan Stanley calls it the most consequential launch since the iPhone X and models roughly $14 billion of December-quarter revenue; KeyBanc had warned the event was likely a negative catalyst either way.

#5DELL — Dell hits 52-week high as Evercore sketches a $1,000 path

Dell touched $558.50, a fresh 52-week high, after Evercore's Amit Daryanani raised his target to $650 and laid out a bull case to $1,000 built on FY28 EPS above $40 versus Street consensus near $31. The case rests on neocloud buildouts, early enterprise AI adoption, and supply chain advantages. Last quarter Dell posted $60.9 billion in AI orders, $16.4 billion of AI revenue, and a $95 billion AI backlog on revenue of $46.97 billion, up 58% year over year.

#6MACRO — Yields and crude drag indexes lower ahead of CPI

Wednesday closed red across the board: Dow down 0.77% to 52,381, S&P 500 off 0.48% to 7,636, Nasdaq down 0.64% to 26,253, and the Russell 2000 down a sharp 1.32%. Ten-year Treasury yields pushed to their highest since November 2023 and WTI crude jumped 3.25% to $96.05 on escalating US-Iran tensions. Rising real rates are the primary compression mechanism for long-duration AI multiples, and inflation data lands today.

#7ADBE — Adobe reports today with AI monetization on trial

Adobe posts fiscal Q3 after the close, with consensus at roughly $6.7 billion of revenue and $6.09 adjusted EPS — about 12% top-line and 15% earnings growth, and sitting at the high end of management's own $6.05 to $6.10 guide. AI-first ARR hit $500 million last quarter, tripling year over year, but the Street wants proof the freemium push converts. Add a C-suite transition and there's little margin for error.

#8GOOGL — Alphabet drops 2.28% on Meta agent disintermediation fears

Alphabet fell 2.28% to $330.65 Wednesday, the mirror image of Meta's rally, as investors handicapped what a mainstream consumer AI agent means for search-driven commerce intent. Snap also slid 2.21% to $5.31 on the same read-through. It's a sentiment move, not a fundamentals move — but it's the first time the agent thesis has visibly repriced a search franchise.

#9NOW — ServiceNow lifts 2026 AI ACV target to $1.5 billion

ServiceNow was among Wednesday's software gainers after CFO Gina Mastantuono spoke at Citi's Global TMT Conference and CEO Bill McDermott keynoted Goldman's Communacopia. The company confirmed AI annual contract value has crossed $1 billion and raised the 2026 target to $1.5 billion, with AI expected to be roughly 30% of the business by 2030 against a $30 to $32 billion revenue goal.

#10CRWV — CoreWeave jumps nearly 12% on GPU rental read-through

CoreWeave climbed 11.72% to $99.83 after Palantir named Nebius its preferred sovereign AI infrastructure partner — a deal CoreWeave did not win. The market read it as evidence of broad demand across the GPU rental market rather than a competitive loss, and bid the whole neocloud complex higher. That's a tell about how much the tape currently wants to be long AI capacity.
